Orders

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order ships, it may take from five to seven business days to arrive. Once it ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you offer custom orders?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer custom orders or commissions at this time.

Is it possible to cancel, exchange, or refund my order?
Because each item is immediately sent to production when ordered, we are unable to cancel, exchange, or refund an order once it has been placed.

 

Shipping

When will my order ship?
All of our products are made to order instead of being bulk produced, which reduces waste from overproduction. This means we must add a few days of production time before shipping them out to you. So, we ask that you allow from five to seven business days for your order to be shipped, and 10 to 12 days for your order to arrive. If your order is a gift or time-sensitive, please plan accordingly when placing your order because we are unable to expedite orders.

Will you include an invoice in my package?
No invoice will be included. Your order confirmation email serves as your receipt.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship outside of the United States at this time. However, this is an option that we are exploring for the future. Please sign up for our email list to stay informed!

 

Returns

What is your return policy?
Because each item is made to order, we are unable to process returns, and all sales are final. However, in the unlikely event that your item is damaged or incorrect, we will work with you to ship out a replacement.

If my order arrived damaged or incorrect, what should I do?
Please email us at editor@graceandfaithpress.com, with your order number, your name, and photos of the damaged or incorrect product and its packaging. With that information, we can replace your items. Our policy is to re-send items only one time per order.

  

Production

Where are your products made?
Our journals, books, puzzles, and wall art are created and printed in the United States.

Are your products available for wholesale?
Not at this time, but please check back soon because we are looking into offering wholesale purchases in the near future.
