Thank you for choosing Grace and Faith Press. Despite our best efforts, we know that sometimes there are situations that may affect your satisfaction with our products. Our goal is to provide you with a smooth and hassle-free buying experience.

 

Because each item is made to order and sent to production immediately, we are unable to process cancellations or returns or exchanges, and all sales are final. However, in the unlikely event that your item is damaged or incorrect, we will work with you to ship out a replacement.

 

If an item in your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace damaged item if you provide us with photos of the damaged item and the damaged packaging.

 

Also, an item in your order arrives incorrect (not what you ordered), we will also replace an incorrect item if you provide your original order number and order date.
